Code for the next
10 Generations.
We are building a futuristic, self-sustaining Book Library on Web3. Zero upkeep. Public Domain. Safe for children, adults, and plants.
SCROLL TO EXPLOREThe Mission
The Digital Dark Age
The digital world is brittle. Links rot, servers die, and subscriptions expire. Information that should last lifetimes is often lost in less than a decade.
Engineering Permanence
POND Enterprise is engineering the antidote: A library designed to survive for 10 generations without human maintenance. We use Web3 not for speculation, but for absolute permanence.
Build the Sanctuary
We are recruiting hackers to build the foundation. When the crowdfunding engine unlocks, top-ranked contributors will be offered paid contracts to maintain this legacy.
Low-power solar servers & carbon-neutral consensus.
Curated safe harbor for minds of all ages.
No copyright. No DRM. Pure human knowledge.
Contract Opportunities
There are no immediate cash prizes. Hackers compete to rank on the World Biblio Tech Hacker Leaderboard.
Employment contracts are unlocked when the community crowdfunding engine reaches its targets.
Eligible for micro-bounties and paid tasks upon fund unlock.
First-round offer for Core Developer contract.
Offer for Governance Seat & Monthly Retainer.
Licensing & Integrity
Rules that protect contributors, readers, and the public domain — forever.
Public Domain First
All contributions must be CC0 or equivalent. No copyright, no DRM, no digital walls. The Intellectual Property (IP) is transfered to the public TRUST "DATAPOND" - a non profit, fully automated registered entity.
No Personal Data
The library never stores identifying information about readers. Private, anonymous access is a fundamental right.
Contributor Rights
You retain attribution credit but grant an irrevocable, global public license for archival. Your legacy is protected.
Integrity Covenant
Submissions undergo community review before archival. Only high-integrity, verified content enters the 250-year vault.
The D-CODE Protocol
All code must be designed to run autonomously. "Set it and forget it" is the gold standard for long-term resilience. Zero human maintenance required.

FAQ
What is the difference between POND Enterprise and DataPond Trust?
POND Enterprise serves as the vital commercial arm and legal shield for the DataPond Trust. The non-profit Trust holds all Intellectual Property on behalf of World Biblio Tech, and its constitution forbids the sale or transfer of the IP to any other legal entity.
While DataPond operates as a pioneering non-profit, non-governmental organization governed solely by autonomous protocols ("Nobody"), POND Enterprise holds the exclusive mandate for providing expert ICT consultancy to the World Biblio Tech.
Furthermore, POND Enterprise is the dedicated authority responsible for the rigorous certification of all D-SAFE content, ensuring the highest standards of integrity and excellence.
What does "No Upkeep" actually mean?
Built on the evolutionary foundation of Web3 technology, World Biblio Tech is designed for true permanence with zero recurring costs.
Unlike traditional Web2 systems that demand constant server administration, hosting fees, and database maintenance which is one of the cause of the monetization of our private data, our infrastructure leverages EVM blockchains and the Arweave network.
Once a contract is deployed or a file is uploaded, the transaction is final and immutable, requiring no ongoing payments to survive. This means the World Biblio Tech is built to run autonomously and indefinitely. Even in the face of global instability, as long as the underlying blockchain exists, the library remains alive and accessible to the world!
Is this crypto speculation?
There are no Pond tokens or NFTs. Instead, the World Biblio Tech uses a simple, non-tradable counter tied to usernames for governance. Processed crypto payments are directly converted into stablecoins and stored in a secure, traditional bank account. These funds remain locked until project funding reaches its defined threshold.
Data Pond is not a speculative security. It is a living, breathing ecosystem where knowledge flows like water, self-sustaining, deep, and ever-expanding. With every season, all ponds matures in both scale and purity, nurturing a resilient sanctuary where we can flourish indefinitely.
Who owns the Intellectual Property?
The Intellectual Property is held by the DataPond Trust and published under the innovative D-CODE Open Sovereign License. This empowers anyone to reuse the code and distribute D-SAFE labeled media content across their own platforms entirely for free!
To maintain this open ecosystem, we simply require that you avoid monetization (no ads, paywalls, or forced accounts), preserve the original integrity of the source code and media, and provide proper attribution to the authors.
In return for upholding these standards, POND Enterprise proudly assumes full legal liability for all content distributed freely on external platforms, giving you total peace of mind as you share knowledge.
